| Instructions: |
| Combine Cumin, salt, red pepper, garlic, and olive oil in a small bowl and rub over both sides of tuna steaks. Grill, broil, or pan-fry tuna, turning once, until there’s just a fraction of the red left in the center. Meanwhile make sauce by combining yogurt with grated cucumber and green onions. Remove tuna to serving plates and top with Cucumber Sauce. |
